Our licensed veterinarians combine years of clinical experience with a genuine love for animals. From routine wellness visits to complex medical cases, they bring expertise and compassion to every exam room.
Dr. Brian Laubstein
Dr. Brian is a graduate of Ross University (1988). Following graduation, he completed his internship at New Haven Central Animal Hospital. Dr. Brian founded Beacon Valley in 1991 and has been serving the Naugatuck Valley community for over 25 years. While Dr. Brian enjoys working with all animals, he has a special interest in dermatology, orthopedic and surgical cases.
When not working, Dr. Brian enjoys playing with his children and working outside. Dr Brian is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, American Animal Hospital Association, and Executive District Animal Control of Bethany.

Kim
Kim has been with us the longest. She started working with Dr. Brian in 1991 as a Technician & Receptionist. Kim has 5 dogs and 2 cats (Flex in picture). She has a fondness for pit bulls. Kim and her husband own a horse farm as well. She has 8 horses and competes at barrel racing with them in her free time.
Terri
Terri a certified veterinary technician from North Western Community College in CT. Has been with us now for 11 years and in the field since 2002. Terri has 2 dogs Max and Raisin, 2 cats Rascal & Spanky, 1 Holland lop rabbit Oreo and a goldfish Shimmer. In her free time Terri enjoys gardening and outdoor activities.
Lisa
Lisa a licensed veterinary technician from Bel Rea in Colorado. Has worked with us for 5 years now and has been in our field since 2006. Lisa has 2 dogs Freeway and Squeeker (seen above), 2 cats Misfit and Angel. Lisa can be found just about every weekend camping with family and friends.
Kevin
Kevin has been with us for over 7 years and in our field for over 20 years. Kevin has 1 orange tiger cat Mason (seen above) and a Standard Poodle named Sterling. In his free time he enjoys being outdoors and gardening.
